Indexed I/O: What was the buying process like and who were the decision makers?

WSPC: Initially, I took on the task of procuring an E-Discovery management tool. After positive reviews, and some hands-on experience, firm partners approved Indexed I/O. Additionally, billing is very simple. All you do is enter a credit card and receive invoices—that’s it!
