Indexed I/O Provides Excellent Support for SEC Requests

Preparing Data in Compliance with SEC Standards: If you need to prepare files for production to the SEC, Indexed I/O has you covered. We provide all of the steps required when exporting your data for SEC review. View the step-by-step process HERE.

The SEC also requires a cover letter to be included with each production which must include the following information:

  • Case number, case name and requesting SEC staff member name

  • A list of each piece of media included in the production with its unique production volume number

  • A list of custodians, identifying the Bates range for each custodian

  • The time zone in which the emails were standardized during conversion
